Refund Policy

You can send items back within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the product is unused and still in its original packaging. Just email us at info@loxalsecurity.com with your order number to get started, and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Recieving Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over and make sure it is not already been used or damaged and process your refund to your original payment method. Most refunds show up within 7 business days, but sometimes banks can take a little longer.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. In those cases, we’ll make it right.

Faulty Products

All Loxal Security products are covered by a 12 month warranty. If your item arrives faulty or breaks within this 12 month period we will replace or repair the item (where applicable.) Please note that this warranty is not valid for misuse or vandalism of the product.
